Lottie started carving stone while studying sculpture conservation at City and Guilds Art School, London in the mid 1980’s.
Since then she has done restoration carving for the National Trust, complementary carving to her husband’s lettering on memorials, designing and carving architectural work and more recently she has started doing her own carving/sculpture.
I love natural forms of seeds, fruit and flowers, so I am taking the ‘out of nature’ theme to propel these beautiful forms on to their own pedestals while showcasing the fantastic variety of British stone.
Stone is very tactile so PLEASE TOUCH.
